Three segments mark the competition – a 1.5K swim in the Schuylkill River, a 10K run, and a 40K bicycle ride – all against the clock.  Amateurs appear in the “Sprint” events of the first day, professionals on the second day.  Swimming was banned on the second day in 2010, while the search for a missing man continued.  Scenes of the swim, the wet-running after the swim, the dry running, the watering down and cooling off, and the fast bicycle laps are presented here.
